Mike,
I have a
'69 Camaro coupe with monoleaf rear springs.
Would
like to convert them over to 4 leaf springs and would like to know if
your conversion kit will work and not have any gaps in-between the shock
plate and the spring perch ?
And does
it require the rubber pads?

Steve,
Because
the 4 leaf spring uses a centerbolt to hold the leaves together and the
axle spring seat does not have a hole to accept the center bolt head,
the top rubber axle pad is replaced with a steel plate. The bottom axle
pad is still required.
Because
the 4 leaf spring is thicker than the mono leaf, there will be a gap
between the shock plate and the top spring seat, but this is not a
problem
