conversation between Randy Clark of Hot Rods and Custom Stuff and Mike Eaton at dinner that fateful
night in Louisville in the fall of 1998 went something like:

rod to do shows"
"Yea, Mike you do"
"It has to be
something that we can haul our show stuff in"
"Yea, Mike it
must"
"It has to be our traveling business card"
"Yea, Mike it should"
"I'm gonna have to think about
this"
"Yea, Mike you just did"
"Let's have it ready
for AmeriCruise"
......... "Mike, you're nuts".
